Metabolic Walk & Grado Olympic Triathlon

We are pleased to announce this new initiative that combines the energy of the great triathlon with the effectiveness of the Metabolic Walk on August 28 and 29. This collaboration was created to help you discover a unique sport, ideal for athletes, spectators, residents, and enthusiasts alike!
Why Participate?
For athletes: excellent as a pre-race muscle warm-up (on the 28th) or as a deep post-race cool-down (on the 29th) to speed up recovery.
For everyone: It boosts your metabolism, corrects your posture, and tones your muscles thanks to guided exercises.
For the mind: It trains your breathing, eliminates stress, and releases tension, giving you a burst of pure energy by the sea.

🎧 An immersive experience:
Each participant will receive special wireless headphones and a rigid strap called an F-band to block out the chaos, connect with nature, and follow the guide’s rhythm.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR REGISTERED ATHLETES

Following the unexpected sell-out at the end of July and the resulting creation of a long waiting list, we have decided to accommodate athletes who, for whatever reason, will no longer be able to participate in the race on Saturday, August 29, 2026.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the regulations, duly registered athletes who notify the organizers of their withdrawal no later than 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2026, may have their registration transferred to the 2027 edition of the Grado Triathlon at no additional cost.

πŸ‘‰ This opportunity also stems from the desire to handle the situation that arose after the event sold out as effectively as possible and to allow athletes on the waiting list to potentially participate in this year’s race.

⚠️ Please note: Requests to waive or transfer must be submitted to info@gradotriathlon.com by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2026. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to take advantage of this exemption.

More than a month before the race on August 29, the Grado Olympic Triathlon has sold out, with 700 athletes registered: an extraordinary achievement and an all-time record in the history of the Grado Olympic Triathlon.
This achievement fills us with pride and recognizes the work we’ve done over the past few monthsβ€”but above all, the excellent work of those who came before us in previous editions. We sincerely apologize to all the athletes who will not be able to participate, but to ensure the quality of the organization and maximum safety during the race, we were unable to accept any further registrations.
A heartfelt thank you to all the athletes for their trust. Now all that’s left is to enjoy a great day of sports together on August 29 in Grado! πŸŠπŸš΄πŸƒπŸ’™πŸ’›
