Course
The route has undergone several changes since the first edition in 1994, but has always remained immersed in the natural beauty of the Grado lagoon. A swim in the sea, a quick return to the transition area, and a bike ride for a single, no-draft lap towards the Valle Cavanata nature reserve, followed by a two-lap run along the seafront and through Grado’s iconic historic center (the route is subject to change, but will not alter its character).
WARNING: Do not get distracted by watching egrets, grey herons, or the lagoon’s spectacular pink flamingos!
