Course
The course has undergone several changes since its first edition in 1994 but has always remained surrounded by the natural beauty of the Grado lagoon. Swim in the sea, a quick return to the transition area, and a bike ride on a single-loop course with no drafting toward the Valle Cavanata Nature Reserve; a four-lap run along the Grado waterfront (the course is subject to changes that will not alter its basic layout).
WARNING: Do not get distracted by watching egrets, grey herons, or the lagoon’s spectacular pink flamingos!
