IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR REGISTERED ATHLETES

Following the unexpected sell-out at the end of July and the resulting creation of a long waiting list, we have decided to accommodate athletes who, for whatever reason, will no longer be able to participate in the race on Saturday, August 29, 2026.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the regulations, duly registered athletes who notify the organizers of their withdrawal no later than 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2026, may have their registration transferred to the 2027 edition of the Grado Triathlon at no additional cost.

πŸ‘‰ This opportunity also stems from the desire to handle the situation that arose after the event sold out as effectively as possible and to allow athletes on the waiting list to potentially participate in this year’s race.

⚠️ Please note: Requests to waive or transfer must be submitted to info@gradotriathlon.com by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2026. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to take advantage of this exemption.

πŸ’™ Thank you to all the athletes for your extraordinary response to the return of the Grado Triathlon.

See you in Grado on August 29! πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈπŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

Historical album

We are looking for historical pictures of the race, from the first edition in 1994 onward. If you raced in those years or just took pictures, send them to us! That way we will create a scrapbook that everyone can see to take a dip into the past!

Also point out to us anecdotes and athletes who deserve to be mentioned and remembered, the Grado Olympic has an important history, it is right that it should not be lost.

Write an email to info@gradotriathlon.com.

Final touches to the bike trail

A photo, with the beautiful Grado lagoon in the background, of old and new friends from ReAction and CUS Udine, at the end of a technical inspection of the bike course for the Grado Triathlon. Everyone has plenty of kilometers under their belts! 😎
Although the route is now well-established, the reconnaissance revealed useful insights for improving safety and trail management.
